Job Responsibilities - Collect market information and make acknowledge of customers, analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable products to the customers; 收集市场信息、了解客户情况、分析客户需求、向客户推荐合适产品; - Execute quotation process from selection, biding, quotation, tracking and assignation; 执行公司销售报价流程,进行项目的甄别、投标、报价和跟踪,直至签约; - Improve the biding and success rate and fulfill sales targets; 提高投标率和中标率,完成公司下达的销售指标; - Manage contract management and to meet customer requirements, based on the Company’s process; 严格按照公司销售流程进行合同处理,以保证符合客户要求; - Manage the contract after sales and coordinate customer and fulfillment departments based on the sales contract; 负责合同售后处理,根据销售合同协调客户与生产及安装等有关部门之间的联系; - Acknowledge and feedback the progress in time and accurately. Control inventory; 及时准确地了解和反馈已签合同的现场进展,控制库存; - Be responsible for AR for sales part; 货款回笼、催讨应收帐款; - Regulate, manage and develop agencies; 规范、管理和发展代理商; - Complete other related jobs from Sales Supervisor; 完成销售主管交办的其它与业务相关的工作; 2. Job Qualifications - Be familiar with PC skills; 熟练的电脑操作技能; - Be careful, responsible and team work; 认真,仔细,有责任心,团队意识; - Good communication and coordination ability; 具备良好的沟通和协调能力; - Be familiar with E&E trade and have knowledge in E&E; 熟悉电梯行业,对电梯知识有一定的了解; - Be mature and work carefully; 成熟稳重,工作认真细心; - Good learning ability and positive; 良好的学习能力以及开拓进取的精神; - More than 3-year E&E trade experience; 3年以上的电梯行业工作经验; - Have sales working experiences; 具有销售的相关工作经验; - Bachelor degree or above. 本科或以上学历。 - More than 3 years of new elevator sales experience in the Guangdong region. Candidates with experience in home elevators, elevator additions, and old building renovations are preferred. 在广东地区3年以上电梯行业新梯销售经验,有家用电梯、加装电梯、旧楼改造等方面经验者优先; -The base location is Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province; the main business scope covers Foshan and Guangzhou areas in Guangdong Province. 工作地点:常驻地为广东佛山顺德区;主要的业务范围是广东佛山、广州地区。 举报
